after nagios installation "no authorisation"

Hello!

Today i try to install nagios and oreon. The nagios installation is ok and I'd download and tar the oreon file in /tmp. If I cd to oreon-1.3.1-1 and type ./install.sh then I get the message "no authorisation"...

What can it be?
