I am trying to reinstall the oreon again; I followed the steps as:

Everything works file but when I reach the step (10. Creating Database) I got the following message:
Component Status
Database : Connection OK
Database ’oreon’ : Creation CRITICAL
What may be the problem??
Why it cant created??
