Interface Setup Guide?

Is there a list of steps or a guide to setup Oreon/Nagios? I think I am just not setting up everything in the interface that I should. I have everything working it would seem but my host(s) still do not show up. I think I have just missed some things while setting up my interface.

oreon work like nagios. But it's more easy. Do you have readen nagios documentation ?

Yes I have read the nagios doc's but I still seem to be missing something with the oreon interface. I do not think I have a problem with my Oreon install just something stupid that iv done/or not done.

Well,,, There is some checks you can do,, so we can understand what's happening...
did you check if nagios web interface shows you the hosts in the right form?
did you check if nagios directories are correctly configured on oreon?
did you check if nagios log gets any error?
and the last chance is: Is nagios proccess running??? ;)

With these checks you discover what's happening on your instalation, or at least you can guide through some possibilities...
