centreon 1.4.1 does not create admin user

I have a clean install on a Centos 5 machine. The install goes as planned but when redirected to the login page, I get the "Invalid user" warning. After looking in the DB table, I see that the admin user I created is not there. Any ideas?

At the end of setup did you get the confirmation page that shows the creating database like the one in my attachment?
