Hello,

I have a little question. I have successfully configured ACL with Centreon, and everything works like a dream. I have several users configured that have access to only selected lists of machines.
The question is: I don't seem to be able to execute the host commands, such as "Schedule downtime" on the machine in the access list, when the user doesn't have admin access. Is it possible to allow the user to have full admin privileges over the machines in his ACL (but not anywhere else)?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Usualy the user is allowed to send external command like downtive add or comment add. There are no restriction for this functionnality.

Isn't it a wrong configuration of nagios.cfgfile ?

May be,

but the rest of everything seem to be working. I get the red bar "You are not authorized...." plus "Problem with url generated" when I try either to attach a comment or schedule downtime.
Suppose the nagios.cfg is wrong. Where would I look, if I may ask?

thanks again!

J.

In ACL, on topology tab, did you have check downtime page in monitoring ?

I tried with all "topologies" checked, so the menu was identical with admin menu. Still not authorized.

Hi,

I tried to update oreon from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2.2, and this seems to have resolved the issue, now it works ok. Can you please delete the bug report?

Thanks!
