Hello everybody again.
A couple of questions to the general public, if I may...
1. The most serious issue: If I acknowledge a service problem, the problem does not go back to the "unacknowledged" state once the problem is resolved. The notification is then not enabled automatically. Moreover, I cannot delete the acknowledgement from centreon interface. The only thing to do is in nagios interface to delete all comments associated with that service, that tends to magically re-enable the notifications.
2. The acknowledged problem disappears from the monitoring page after one refresh (I suppose that's governed by the first refresh delay parameter?). Is there any way how to keep the acknowledged problems there, just the way it is in nagios? (apart of the "pause" icon)
3. If I acknowledge a service, then the list of acknowledged services, say in "services / status grid / acknowledged" is and remains empty.
Could anyone please shed some light on this?
I am using 1.2.4.3 and nagios 3.0rc1.
Thanks in advance!
