contributions are useless ?

Why are you saying that contributions are useless in your forum post ? We really appreciate your work for this bug but the forum is a place where it's difficult to centralize and manage bug corrections...
We are setting up a mailing list in order to be powerful for this.

I recently correct the bug cause I have to use subdirs too :-) But your patch seems to be good, I commit it.
