I'm not successfully able to import my nagios configuration. What I've done:

In the Centreon web interface: Configuration->Nagios->Load
for each file, in the following order, chose it with choose file and then clicked load: timeperiods.cfg, commands.cfg, contacts.cfg, contactgroups.cfg, hosts.cfg, hostgroups.cfg, services.cfg, servicegroups.cfg

Click Generate (that would be Configuration->Nagios->Generate) and then check Restart Nagios and hit Export.

This seems to do nothing useful, none of the hosts or services from the config files are shown.

I followed the the guide described in http://en.doc.centreon.com/Configure:LoadYourPreviousNagiosCfg and it worked for me. As a quick hint for your problem:
- did you merge or replace the original config?
- does the imported content show up in the centreon configuration?
- was it exported to the filesystem and moved to the real nagios etc directory?

Hope that helps - otherwise ask for more assistance.
