Wiki registration not working?

Hi all,

Not sure where to report this, but I wanted to report a bug, so went ahead to create a wiki account. After filling in the form, I get the following error:

Login error:
There was either an external authentication database error or you are not allowed to update your external account.

I cannot create a wiki account, thus cannot report a bug. Can you please fix this? :)

I have checked the log files and I need your account (login and email, NO PASSWORD) to find the problem. Could you send me your account by private message ?

I noticed today I already signed up over a year ago, now I found the password email. Sorry for making that much noise.
