How to create a trac account to submit ticket

How can I create an account on the trac web page so I can get notified for trouble tickets/bugs that I submit? When I click the login page, it only pops up a dialog asking for my username and password. There doesn't seem to be an option to register?

Thank you for the extremely fast reply and pointing me to the existing forum thread that answered my question.
I really did search before I asked and I couldn't find that. I searched for 'login trouble ticket', 'login ticket', and 'login trac' and it didn't bring up that post.
