Can not register in the wiki

I don't know if i am the only with this problem, but I can not register in the wiki to report a bug in the trac. I always get this error:

Login error: There was either an external authentication database error or you are not allowed to update your external account.

Same here, I really 'd like to improve some articles and/or buzz typos.
