Hi there. I just installed centreon and its my first foray into Nagios.
I am monitoring my printers and it works correctly and notififes me when there is a problem such as low toner.
The problem is, I can not figure out how to change the status from "down" to up. The printer has had new toner installed for a week and Centreon is still showing it as low toner.
Is there a step I need to do to remove it from the "down" status?
