service alert emails.

so here is the issue.. when a service has a problem and send the alert, the email we get is host up.. its using the host email instead of service email..
any ideas??

Maybe the Services notification command and Hosts notification command are wrong. Did you check if the Service notification command for your contact is properly defined (don't use host-notify-by-email for example) ?
