Web Interface not responding to my input

All,

I'm unable 2 resolve the following issue:
unable 2 schedule downtime, force checks, disable notification etc.

Basicly my webcommand arent picked up.

I've search the forums but I'm unable 2 find a resolution, I'm running on Ubuntu

Also when I preform a check or disable notifications, the fields in the next screen are empty
