Reporting Page Not Reporting

I'm having trouble getting the Reporting page to show the reporting statistics. It seems like the appropriate jobs are either not running or there is not data in the database. I have done some research on the subject and viewed the database, which looks to have data in it.

Any good pointers as to what to look for/how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
