Cannot add or delete contacts, host and service (checkbox Problem ?)

Hi all, bonjour
I have here a fresh Installtion v2.1.9 on FreeBSD.
Everything so far works without problem.
However i have problems with the checks boxes for contacts, hosts and service.
I can select those, but the button add and remove dos not work.



Is missing somewhat with php?
With Linux it goes without problem.

OK, i found the solution.
Owing to the assistance of "nfilus" in chat "centreon".

I deleted all pear-HTML_Common2.xxxx and pear-HTML_QuickForm.*, then reinstall only pear-HTML_QuickForm.
Afterwards an "pear upgrade-all" and everything OK.
