Centreon 2.3.8 strange interface and file generation error

Hi all!

I installed on a new Centos 6.3 machine, Nagios and Centreon 2.3.8 following this guide: http://en.doc.centreon.com/Setup:Centos/Fedora/RHEL
Everything went fine, I can see the default Centreon-Server host and the 4 services assigned, looks ok, but when I try to add/modify anything, generating just errors.
For example I can do export and everything is ok until I change something, like the generic-service template:
centreon1.jpg

The first thing: there no default checkboxes ... wich is weird
If I change anything, for example I'm enabling the Notifications, when I try to generate the files I get the following errors:

***> The name of the main configuration file looks suspicious...

And sure, the generic-service template missing from this file, and disappear from the Service-Templates menu after that!

I can see the following errors on the logs:
