  • Pass poller name as argument ($POLLER) ?

    Hello,

I'm currently working on NRPE with SSL through Centreon
I would like to know if it's possible to pass the poller name as parameters like $MYPOLLER in a command ?
As i'm using NRPE with SSL i need to pass the certificate in the command line.

I have a distributed architecture with main central central and some pollers.

    Example below :

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_nrpe -A /usr/local/nagios/etc/ssl/ca/MYCACERT.pem -C /usr/local/nagios/etc/ssl/client_certs/MYPOLLER.pem -K /usr/local/nagios/etc/ssl/client_certs/MYPOLLER.key -L ALL:!ADH:!LOW:!EXP:!MD5STRENGTH -H MYHOSTIP -p 5666 -c checkmem In my command line, MYPOLLER is hard coded for each poller. the goal is to pass MYPOLLER as a argument (e.g if i change the source poller, it's updated in the check_nrpe command line)

    Thanks for your help !

    Regards,

    Damien

You can set the macro $_SERVICEPOLLER$ in your command so you will have it inherited at service level
