  • Critical: mysql.so not loaded in php.ini

    Hi
    while installing Oreon 1.4 on Nagios 2.0, iam getting an error like
    "Critical: mysql.so not loaded in php.ini" and "Warning: snmp.so not loaded in php.ini"

    what could be the problem, can any one help me out please .

    install php-mysql

    you should find the requirements first because oreon needs a full of dependencies
    Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.4GHz - MemTotal : 1034476 kB
    Centreon 2.4.1 - Nagios 3.2.1 - Nagios Plugins 1.4.15 - Manubulon Plugins tuné
    Fedora Core 5 - 2.6.20-1.2320

      I installed php-mysql.
      oh is it, does these software wont work on RHEL 3 ?
      be'coz i have installed Nagios and Oreon on same machine on RHEL 3.

        Hi,

        can you check if your mysql extension is loaded in php.ini

        there should be a file like :
        "/etc/php.ini" and/or "/etc/php.d/mysql.ini".

        In one of those files you may check for the current line :

        extension=mysql.so
        If you don't find it. Try to load a phpinfo() page to see your current configuration and modules.
