    [[email protected] ~]#

    really wrong checksum on http://yum.centreon.com/standard/2.2...primary.xml.gz ??

    repo layout is:

    http://yum.centreon.com/standard/2.2/noarch/repodata/ ->> primary... etc etc
    http://yum.centreon.com/standard/2.2...RPMS/repodata/ ->> primary... etc etc

    Any idea ?

    yeah,

    just add

    http_caching=none

    to yum.conf

    the funny think is that our squid is not caching.

    At the end of the upgrade remove

    http_caching=none

    from yum.conf

      problems during update using yum

      Well,

      more issues during yum update:

      ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
      ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
      Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package centreon-syslog-server-1.2.5-6.el5.noarch
      warning: /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.php created as /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.php.rpmnew
      warning: /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.pm created as /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.pm.rpmnew
      error: %post(centreon-syslog-server-1.2.5-6.el5.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

      my solution was:

      mysqladmin -u root -p password

      to get rid of the root db pass word using localhost (really safe)

      yum reinstall centreon-syslog-server

      but this is not enough....

      rm -f /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.php
      rm -f /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.php.rpmnew
      rm -f /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.pm
      rm -f /etc/centreon-syslog/syslog.conf.pm.rpmnew

      yum reinstall centreon-syslog-server

          Hi,

          If you still have the same issue, backup your central then reinstall it with the CES3.1 ISO...

          I cant understand why you still have these issues...
          I think it will be easier to backup all the config then do a fresh new install.

          hope this help!
