  • Regenerating RRD files

All of the check history is contained in the database, right? How do I re-generate historical graphs if an RRD file gets erased? Is there a manual command that I can run to generate the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly graphs?

    Solution

    I found it.

After deleting the rrd file(s), a similar file will be put in its place upon the next scheduled check. However the history will be gone and you will be starting over again with the graphs. The history data is still in MySQL. If you go to Options-CentreonDataStorage and select the checks you deleted, you can use the drop down at the top to "Rebuild RRD Database". It will take a while for it to process - you can check the status by the "Rebuild Waiting" column on that page. It's rather random in which graph gets rebuilt first.
