  • Where is Nagios Check Command?

Where, in CGI.CFG config interface, can I specify, the nagios check command?
When I try to load configuration Nagios doesn't start because this parameter is not configured...

    Thanks,
    Tiago Carvalho

      Even so.

There must be a line in the cgi.cfg which specifies the nagios_check_command, isnīt it? if not nagios will not start...

Even if I configure it in the check command configuration interface it will not appear in cgi.cfg.

      Am I wrong?

You have to import this command from initial cgi.cfg in nagios (before oreon install).
From menu : configuration --> nagios --> import

        select cgi.cfg
        select command type "check command"
import the command from initial file or insert "/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_nagios /var/cache/nagios2/status.dat 5 '/usr/sbin/nagios2' " in manual field.

Next file export, it will be in cgi.cfg.
