    The biggest change I'm working on is changing the way the data is stored. Currently when you install the module, three columns are added to the hostgroup table(location,lat,long).

    I plan to change this by adding a new table called location that will link to a host or hostgroup.

    This is a big change and means re-writting the entire module which may take some time.

So in my environment we have semi-moble units meaning that they move from one location to another, setup for about a month then head to the next. I can get dynamic GPS information from them but it would be based by host rather than hostgroup. Thus can I work with you to modify the system to go by host vs hostgroup for starters then I'll mess with importing the gps coordinates dynamically and provide that info back.

              Hi,

              Big thanks for the work, i have a little request, it is possible to change the red,green, dot on the map with another image like servers or swith ? And configure a default zoom level on the map.

              Thanks

                Bonjour.
                Pour avoir un zoom plus précis à l'ouverture de la Google Map :
                Ajouter après la ligne map.enableScrollWheelZoom();

                Code:
                map.enableScrollWheelZoom();
                map.setZoom(15)

                      En 2.1RC6, bug sur le lien sur les hosts dans la vue GMap. J'ai modifié la variable $h_status du fichier DB-Func.php :

                      Code:
                       $h_status = "<a href=main.php?p=2020202&host_name=".$host_id['host_name']." onMouseOver=\"host_name(\'".$host_id['host_name']."\',\'".$coorname."\')\"><img src=\"modules/gmap/img/green-dot.png\"></a>";
                      en

                      Code:
                       $h_status = "<a href=main.php?p=20201&o=svc&search=".$host_id['host_name']."&search_host=1&search_service=0 onMouseOver=\"host_name(\'".$host_id['host_name']."\',\'".$coorname."\')\"><img src=\"modules/gmap/img/green-dot.png\"></a>";

                        Is this project any further ahead with the host instead of hostgroup configuration?

                              I'm working on a rewrite of how the status data is gathered. It is currently pulled from the status.log file which is a flat file. I'm trying to pull the status data from the NDO mysql nedi db which should speed things up.
