The message on the page as soon as you log in for the first time after installation , in which it should say about minimum configuration details shows is in French “Vous ne possedez pas le minimum requis pour pouvoir commencer à configurer vos hosts. Avant de créer vos hosts, il faut que vous crééiez au moins” , I had used mode of installation as English and also I checked at options menu
Using google I was able to translate , but we need to rectify this for the next version
