      Yeah this neb module is a really a great one. There are numerous projects allready using it such as Thruk (rewrite of nagios cgi in perl/catalyst) or nagvis (note that livestatus is the default backend for the next version of nagvis). I'm curently writing my own nagios console based on livestatus neb module.

      Note that there is a patch in centreon that allow to load more than one neb module. (see : http://forum.centreon.com/f33/patch-...681/#post56887)

        Yes, this is excactely the answer I was lookign for. Checked out check_mk months ago and was very happy how the implementation was done (the idea behind, neaty install scrip and so on). But at that time I decided to follow up further development.

          I am also trying to use the mk_livestatus
          but I am wondering if I still need to apply the patch and how do I apply
          such patch? I dont understand where is this patch command and where to apply it...

            I try to apply the patch mentioned but I get the following error:
