  • [Distributed Architecture] Hosts are not in DB - Aucun Hote distant dans la DB

    Hi,

    I'm really new to Centreon but i used a lot Nagios stand alone in the past. Today i want to combine the best of all monitoring solutions and use Centreon.

    I have a complex architecture. I have some servers in Montreal with a public ip, some servers in Paris behind a router, ...

    i installed first Centreon for my host in Montreal and everything works great. Then i tried to add a sattelite following that tutorial : http://en.doc.centreon.com/DistributedArchitecture

    Everything is working except that i can't see my host in the web interface. In Paris everything is ok, logs are ok, I can see my server infos in my Nagios interface, but nothing in the NDO DB (centstatus).

    Do you have any idea ?

    nagios.log

    ndomod.cfg
    Code:
    instance_name=Paris
    output_type=unixsocket
    output=/usr/local/nagios/var/ndo.sock
    tcp_port=5668
    output_buffer_items=5000
    buffer_file=/usr/local/nagios/var/ndomod.tmp
    file_rotation_interval=14400
    file_rotation_timeout=60
    reconnect_interval=15
    reconnect_warning_interval=900
    data_processing_options=-1
    config_output_options=3
    I tried before with a TCP socket but didn't work.

    I think the TCP socket before and now the Unix socket for NDO are not created because i can't see nothing listening using netstat and there is no unix socket in the folder.

    Bonjour à tous,

    J'ai choisi d'utiliser Centreon après de nombreuses années passées sur Nagios. Malheureusement, c'est la première fois que j'utilise Centreon et j'ai encore quelques difficultés. J'ai donc installé mon architecture from scratch. Pour monitorer mon hôte local, aucun problèmes. Mais j,ai souhaité ajouté mon hôte distant situé derrière un routeur en suivant le tuto pour l'architecture distribué.

    Tout fonctionne bien à part qu'aucune donnée n'est envoyée par NDO. J'ai essayé TCP Socket et Unix socket mais malheureusement ma base de donnée est toujours constitué d'un seul hôte.

    Auriez vous une idée, une piste pour m'aider ?

    Merci beaucoup,
Working...
