Warning: PHP Pear not found /usr/bin/pear/PEAR.php - (impossible to have here)

    i have reinstalled all the packages in a new debian unstable with the how to in http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/oreon.htm

    I have used the 1.3.3 and nagios 1.2 but when I try to setup i had this warning:
    Warning: PHP Pear not found /usr/bin/pear/PEAR.php and I can't create a link or copy of PEAR.php because /usr/bin/pear is a binary of this program

    can I modify the setup for use /usr/share/php/PEAR.php? because is here the file PEAR.php

    Hello,

    edit your installoreon.conf.php in your oreonwww/install directory, and change you PEAR path.

      i have installed all the packages in a new debian (3.1 sarge) with the how to found on http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/oreon1.3.htm

      I used

      oreon-1.3.3
      nagios2.5_by_oreon-v1

      All work...it seems. But when i try to finish the setup by web if i found the issue.

      I tried to search the file to edit...but i didn't...

      Someone che explain me?

        Hi,

        edit /usr/local/oreon/www/install/installoreon.conf.php , and modify $conf_installoreon["pear_dir"] with your PEAR directory (where is your PEAR.php)

          Does anyone still have the nagios2.5_by_oreon-v1
          package?
          cause it's a broken link now and i'm having problems installing on the nagios2 apt-get gives me with perfparse
          Things aren't showing up int eh oreon view grapher like they should.
          I'm not getting any host showing up in the grapher view

              I have this problem in install of centreon-1.4.1-RC1. (Debian Etch)
              Change the file "function" in installation path to (line 660):

              # Create temporary file for save old crontab
              CRONSAV=$(mktemp /tmp/crontab_nagios.XXXXXX)
              CRONTMP=$(mktemp /tmp/crontab_nagios.XXXXXX)

              And execute install.sh again.
