Problems with WebUI

For some reason when there is two boxes with options in one, and empty in the other you cannot select any choice and click ADD nor DELETE. Like the following options under Add User:

Host Notification Commands
Services Notification Commands

And so on..

Anyone know why this might be? Tried both IE7 and FireFox.-
