  • (MySQL) Problems recording data to another server database

Hello, im new here and very newbie with this. I don't know if i have to post this here:

I have a web centreon interface with an instance of nagios in a server using mysql database to store all monitoring data from a second instance of nagios in another server (proxy server).

    Im using this:

    Centreon 2.6.6
    Nagios Core 4.1.4
    NDOutils 2.0.1

I can create and save data from centreon server into the database but i can't do it from second server when i restart or reload nagios and data is not recorded at Mysql database.
Second server is where i have to monitoring my clients because is where i can find scripts to connect clients by ssh but if i configure manually in nagios configuration, i can see them anyway in monitoring tab but not at configuration tab, because information is not recorded at database.

I tried all even updating mysql but nothing works...
I need help and solve this urgently,
    thank you!!!

Ah i forgot mention, when i reloaded centreon web server, service.cfg file it overwrited definition:
(I use this server only to monitoring itself)

    define service{
    host_name Centreon-Server
    service_description Server Load
    ;_CRITICALITY_NAME
    _CRITICALITY_LEVEL
    _CRITICALITY_ID
    _SERVICE_ID 25
    use SNMP-Linux-Load-Average
    is_volatile 1
    check_command check_load_average!2!4
    max_check_attempts 2
    normal_check_interval 60
    retry_check_interval 60
    active_checks_enabled 0
    passive_checks_enabled 1
    check_period 24x7_GMT
    parallelize_check 1
    obsess_over_service 1
    check_freshness 1
    event_handler_enabled 1
    flap_detection_enabled 1
    process_perf_data 1
    retain_status_information 1
    retain_nonstatus_information 1
    notification_period 24x7_GMT
    notification_interval 1440
    notification_options w,c
    notifications_enabled 0
    }

    What CRITICALITY does mean?
