  • Acknowledge (Automatic) via mysql

    Hello partners,

    I'm trying to automate the creation issues of Centreon and make a Acknowledge via Mysql I am using these statements.

    Code:
    INSERT INTO centreon_storage.acknowledgements (entry_time, host_id, service_id, author,
    comment_data, instance_id, notify_contacts, persistent_comment, state, sticky, type)
    VALUES ('1473840116', '14', '20', 'admin', '#186543', '2', '0', '1', '2', '1', '1');

    INSERT INTO centreon_storage.comments (entry_time, host_id, service_id, author, data, entry_type,
    expire_time, expires, instance_id, internal_id, persistent, source, type)
    VALUES ('1473840116', '14', '20', 'admin', '#186543', '4', '0', '0', '2', '10', '1', '0', '900');

    UPDATE centreon_storage.services SET acknowledged = 1, acknowledgement_type = 2, real_state=2 WHERE service_id=20;
    This makes the right changes.

    The problem is that when you return to check, centreon aknowledge changes the value of the services table. There are some other affected table?
